Return Policy

We will gladly return or exchange unwashed/unworn items within 30 days of purchase provided original hang tags are attached. The original purchase receipt is required for a refund to the original method of payment. Unwashed and unworn merchandise may be returned to the ecommerce warehouse only if they are purchased from the ecommerce site. All garments are subject to inspection. Shipping costs are not refunded. All “Sale” items are final sale.

Shipping Policy

We currently provide shipping within Canada and to the US by UPS ground delivery. A flat fee charge of $14 for shipments within Canada and $20 to the US. We also offer international guests a flat rate international shipping fee of $80. Please be aware that shipping charges do not include taxes or duties.

Import taxes to the US is charged 12%, and for countries outside of Canada and the US the rate varies. You can contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. As a small business, we've made every effort to minimize our domestic and international shipping charges to the best of our capability. To ensure a more pleasant shopping experience customers only pay half of the total amount charged to us by UPS.
