When Michelle and Judy Lei converted to hot yoga years ago, they knew it was love at first sweat.  Although they looked and felt fabulous after each session, the quest for that perfect yoga outfit was never fulfilled.  The Sisters Lei vowed to set out and create the highest quality active wear apparel by infusing fashion-forward designs with high-tech, functional materials. Here at Light Activewear, we engineer our state of the art fabric starting at the yarn level, creating an innovative material that is comparable both in quality and value.

Our Signature fabric is developed with a proprietary blend of materials specifically made for our garments. Together, they provide the perfect amount of stretch and support while retaining the optimum level of comfort for our customers.

With over ten years of experience behind her in textile production and sourcing in the sportswear industry- Michelle brings forth a keen eye for detail as well as a savvy sense of business while Judy- long immersed in the arts, draws upon her rich graphic and fashion design background to collaborate and produce an innovative concept in active couture that embodies simplicity and style.

Locally designed in Vancouver, Light Activewear represents the modern-day athlete in us all.  Each garment is designed with the utmost consideration in performance, functionality and style; each seam comes complete with thought and reason.
